Experiencing Launcher or In-Game Issues on PC? Read Below!

If you're encountering problems with Alta Launcher or A Township Tale in-game on your PC, it's often due to a faulty game download. To resolve this, follow these steps:

Please try the following:

1. Close the Launcher by right-clicking on its icon in the Taskbar and ensuring it's also closed in the Task Manager.
2. Press the Windows key + R (the Windows flag and the letter R) to open the "Run" window. Type %appdata% and press Enter.
3. Delete the two folders named "A Township Tale" and "Alta Launcher."
4. Uninstall the launcher using this path: %localappdata%/programs/alta-launcher/Uninstall Alta Launcher.exe. Note: Do not attempt manual uninstallation by deleting folders, as it may disrupt the installer.
5. Restart your PC.
6. Temporarily disable your antivirus software.
7. Download the launcher again directly from the A Township Tale website and run it as an administrator.
