Need to Share Logs for Issue Resolution? Follow These Steps for Android Devices!
Logs are invaluable for us to diagnose and address bugs. For most issues, excluding minor graphic glitches, we'll require your logs. Fortunately, the process of obtaining and sharing logs on your Android device is straightforward. Just ensure you're connected to your Android device and follow these steps:
- Enable Developer Mode on Your Account To begin, enable Developer mode on your account by following the instructions provided here: Developer Mode Setup Guide
- Prepare Your Meta Quest Headset On your Meta Quest headset, navigate to "Settings > System > Developer" and enable the "USB Connection Dialog."
- Connect Your Phone Connect your phone to your Meta Quest headset using a USB-C to USB-C cable (the one that came with your headset). When prompted on the headset, press "Allow."
- Step 4: Access Your Phone Now, on your phone, you should see an option to open via MTP Host or Downloads app. Choose the appropriate option.
- Step 5: Copy the Logs Navigate to "Android/data/com.Alta.ATownshipTale/files" and copy the "Logs" folder to your Downloads directory.
