For Players Encountering a Black Screen Issue upon Joining a Server:

"If you find yourself facing a black screen as soon as the server loads in, but you can hear other players or sounds around you, follow these steps:

1. Open your Game Menu (refer to the Game Menu option).
2. Access the Exit Orb, and then grab the orb without leaving the server.
3. You should now be able to see your screen.

For Players Experiencing a Black Screen with Glitching/Falling Sounds:

"If you join a server and are greeted with a black screen while hearing glitching or falling sounds, please consider the following:

1. Try running a settings reset through the Command Runner.
2. Double-check your Server Settings to ensure they are configured correctly by running settings list server.
